I wish I had known Mark when I had purchased my other three properties in the past because he explained all the possible ramifications and responses I might encounter along the way. In the past there were always surprises and delays that the agent had never told me were a possibility. Only when there was a problem would I would hear from the agent.

I was looking to relocate from the High Desert to the Coachella Valley and contacted Mark for assistance. Mark immediately secured some listings and showed me several properties. The ones I was interested in he gave me any extra information I needed. After I had chosen one he kept me constantly updated on the status. Every step of the way the process was explained to me.

Mark puts the needs and values of people first; A rare quality these days and Mark is a man of character and honesty. I have worked locally for over 10 years in a service-related industry where emphasis is placed on the level of service for the client.
